• “20 / 20 Vision” - CREATE A VISION STATEMENT: In order to reach a goal it is absolutely essential to have a clear vision. To create a plan that best meets your needs the process will begin with creating a vision statement that you will hold. Your vision statement may be related to health, mobility, self esteem, physical appearance, being a good example to your children, or your physical appearance to list a few. What is certain is your vision will be unique to you. This vision statement is designed to keep you motivated.
• “Taking Shape” – DESIGNING A PERSONALIZED EATING AND FITNESS PLAN:
Based on an exploration of your strengths and lifestyle, coupled with a personally developed vision, and supported by the “rules” that support bio-individuality, a plan is shaped to meet your weight loss and fitness goals. The plan is designed to support a 1 to 2 pound average weight loss a week
• “Corrective Lens” – EXPOSE FALSE BELIEFS AND MYTHS ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS:
Sabotage can come in many forms. You will learn to recognize internalized false beliefs, and replace false beliefs with thoughts, behaviors and actions that are consistent with your vision. You will also learn to recognize external cues and messages that can blur your focus on your goal.
• “Into Practice” – PUT INTO PRACTICE THE PERSONALIZED PLAN:
The vision is clear and the rules have been applied to create a plan that will provide success if it is practiced. The support, tools and resources are available to assist you along the way. The plan is not designed to be linear and you will have resources at each stage as needed.
